Having been in the hairdressing business for over 15 years, the operator of House of Luxe wanted a boutique and classy brand that would age gracefully and attract sophisticated clientele. Here's how it happened.

The polished brand

The final and approved concept involved the use of various triangles stitched together to make "LUXE" - to portray how widespread and unique the business' clientele demands their hair styles to be.

The modern typeface of "HOUSE OF" keeps the logo sophisticated and relevant.


Subtle business offering

We started with a tall elegant font to give the brand class and complexity and introduced a very minimal reference to the business offering - hairdressing.


A more proninant approach

Confining the logo into a rectangle outline gave the brand definition and structure. The scissors on the "X" was seen more to say "LUKE" and seemed to sway from the sophicated style required.


Stylish Stationery

The brand was further supported with clean yet creative collateral including business card, appointment card and letterhead - allowing the salon to further promote the business through friends, and price lists.
